Refund Policy

1. Online Course Refunds

Eligible for full refund: Requests made within 7 days of enrollment, provided less than 20% of the course has been completed.

Not eligible for refund:

• Requests made after 7 days of enrollment
• Courses where more than 20% content has been accessed or completed
• Courses purchased during special flash sales (unless defective)
• Certificate fees once the certificate has been generated and downloaded

2. Offline / Hybrid Centre Courses

Before course commencement: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee, if requested at least 3 days before the batch start date.

After course commencement: Proportional refund for unused sessions, calculated on a per-session basis, minus 15% administrative fee. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the last attended session.

Lab/Kit fees: Non-refundable once materials have been issued.

3. Installment Plans

For courses purchased on installment plans, refunds apply only to installments already paid. Future installment obligations are cancelled upon approved refund. Processing time: 5–7 business days.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical defect that prevents you from accessing course content, and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of the 7-day window.

5. How to Request a Refund

1. Email contact@remesys.in with subject: "Refund Request — [Course Name]"
2. Include your registered email, order/receipt number, and reason for refund
3. Our team will respond within 2 business days
4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

6. Refund Method

Refunds are credited to the original payment instrument (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking). For offline cash payments, refunds are issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to a verified account. We do not issue cash refunds.
